SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 5-10 business days for Flat Rate Shipping. Please allow 48 hours once your order has shipped for tracking information to become available.

If your order is handed off to the U.S. Postal Service by UPS Mail Innovations, the U.S. Postal Service will then deliver the order within 3-8 days on average, totaling 5-10 business days. No changes can be made to the shipment. USPS will only attempt a delivery twice, so please track your package and make arrangements if you are unable to be there. If someone is not at the location to accept the package, it may be returned to sender after one attempt depending on the delivery service.

PO Boxes

Orders to international P.O. Boxes will be shipped with USPS and then delivered by your local post office or other carrier.  Tracking information is not available. Delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks.

All prices shown on PLNDR.com are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to finance.yahoo.com or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and PLNDR.com is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.

Customs and Duties

General

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.  PLNDR cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Canadian Customers

GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your order is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin.

Goods that are entirely made in the USA will be duty free, but still subject to GST/PST.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

I’m a return policy section. I’m a great place to let your customers know what to do in case they’ve changed their mind about their purchase, or if they’re dissatisfied with a product. Having a straightforward refund or exchange policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.

 

You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit.

Items worn cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, The #MorLiving staff will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

Items bought at 40% off or over are eligible only for exchanges, unless noted in the product description.

No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit.

Shipping & handling is non refundable for returns.

Gift Certificates are not refundable.

#MorLiving does not accept returns on swimsuits.

#MorLiving does not accept returns on underwear and intimates.
